3. Service description
eTarot is an individually generated digital service of an entertainment and reflective nature. Based on the supplied name, date of birth and question, the system proposes the number and positions of cards. After payment, the customer chooses or draws cards and receives an interpretation available through a unique link. The result is not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and does not guarantee future events.
4. Technical requirements
The service requires internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a device capable of displaying web pages. The customer is responsible for protecting the unique reading link against access by third parties.
5. Order process and contract
- The customer enters the data and question and requests a proposed spread.
- The website displays the number of cards and the total price.
- Before payment, the customer accepts these Terms and expressly requests immediate performance.
- Selecting the button containing the payment obligation and successfully completing payment concludes the contract.
- The service is completed after the cards are selected and the individual interpretation is made available.
6. Prices and payment
The price is PLN 1 gross for each card included in the proposed spread, unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise. The total price, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment. No delivery charge applies. Payment is made by BLIK through the provider selected by the seller: Przelewy24 or Stripe. Payment provider terms may also apply to transaction processing.
7. Service fulfilment time
Performance begins immediately after the payment has been confirmed and the customer has selected or drawn the required number of cards. The individual interpretation is usually made available through the unique link within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours after both conditions have been met. If the customer does not select the cards, the fulfilment period begins only when the selection is completed.
If the service cannot be completed within that period for reasons attributable to the seller, the customer may use the remedies provided by mandatory consumer law, including setting an additional period and, where permitted by law, withdrawing from the contract.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
As a rule, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, unless the right has expired or a statutory exception applies. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send an unequivocal statement before it expires. The statement may be sent to the seller’s e-mail or postal address shown in section 2 and should include information allowing the order to be identified, preferably the unique reading link or transaction identifier.
If the withdrawal is effective, the seller refunds all payments due to the consumer without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur any costs.
Where performance began before the withdrawal period expired at the consumer’s express request and the consumer withdraws before the service has been fully performed, the consumer must pay an amount proportional to the part performed up to the time the seller was informed of the withdrawal. The seller refunds the remaining amount. Once the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal is lost. This does not limit rights resulting from non-conformity or non-performance.
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the eTarot service contract concluded on [date]. Unique link or transaction identifier: [identifier]. Name: [name].”
9. Complaints and conformity
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail or in writing and should include contact details, the unique reading link, a description of the issue and the requested solution. The seller responds within 14 days where that period follows from consumer law. Where the digital service is not in conformity with the contract, the customer has the remedies provided by mandatory law, including bringing it into conformity and, where applicable, a price reduction or withdrawal.
10. Customer obligations
The customer must provide lawful data, refrain from unlawful or abusive content, avoid interfering with the website and not use the service to infringe third-party rights. A person under 18 should use a paid service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
11. Personal data
Rules for processing personal data, storing the question and answer, analytics and payment providers are described in the Privacy policy.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A consumer may use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the competent consumer authority. Participation by the seller may depend on the applicable procedure and consent required by law.
13. Final provisions
Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of protection granted by mandatory law applicable to them. Changes to these Terms do not affect contracts already concluded unless required by law or accepted by the customer. The version displayed and accepted during the purchase applies to the order.
